Thank you for visiting my website! Here is a little background information on me and how I got here.
I graduated from the University of Akron in Ohio with a BS in Computer Science and minor in Applied Mathematics. Shortly thereafter, I began my 14 year IT career with a company called Telxon Corporation where I held many different positions including Sales Technical Support, Systems Analyst, Critical Accounts Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager and eventually Director of Technical Services. All of these positions focusing on customer service and working as a buffer between the technicians and the customers. Simultaneously, I went back to school and got my MBA as well as my PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification, both of which help me in my Real Estate career today.
I eventually met my husband, Scott, got married and 2 years later we had our first child, Griffin. I immediately went from a driven business woman to a mom! I chose to leave my time-demanding career to stay home to raise a family. Less than 2 years later, our youngest son, Rees, was born. While pregnant with Rees, we moved from Southern California to Omaha, which has become home to me. My boys are now 14 and 12.
A little over 5 years ago, I decided I was ready to get back to work full time, but with the IT industry changing so rapidly and my interest in the field waning, I decided this time I was going to do something I love. With customer support and real estate as my passions, the natural choice for me was a career in Real Estate.
I absolutely love the Real Estate industry! I love working with people and helping them navigate through the process using my knowledge and experience. From helping sellers prepare their homes for sale so we can get them the most out of their investment to finding the dream home for my buyers while staying within budget, I stay actively involved through each phase of the transaction, ensuring everything is being completed as it should and on schedule.
Aside from spending time with my family, I love reading, cooking (and eating!) and decorating cakes. I love to travel and try to take at least one vacation to somewhere with a beach and sun every year.
I assure you that you will not regret choosing me to assist with all of your real estate needs!
